Favorite Songs
Nothing In This World - The Kinks http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hOSzGYKaJGE
Simple, catchy and sincere. I can relate a lot to the content.
Tonight - Lykke Li http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivcDu7THD-Q
Emotionally charged song, plus I really like her voice.
Motelroom.Grandpiano - Fear Before the March of Flames http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ff79XHt9rGw
This was one of my favorite songs in early high school. I think I'll always enjoy it at least as a relic of my adolescence.
Hit the Switch - Bright Eyes http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXJxi1Odfjk
Been a favorite of mine for a long time. Confessional, kind of depressing and really easy on the ears.
Your Ex-lover is Dead - Stars http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=55FMOJMhV9s
Beautiful song that tells a relate able narrative.
She Spider - Mew http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1rnTRQ53pHs
Really musically and emotionally powerful from start to finish. I used to listen to the first 1:45 over and over.
Pints of Guinness Make You Strong - Against Me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5OvzoWttPDI
The inspiration for countless sing-a-longs with friends.
Sell My Old Clothes, I'm Off to Heaven - Saves the Day http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AGGECuFhr_o
Another relic of my adolescence. A bit of a guilty pleasure.
Good Song - Blur http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VRrJugyk1Yw&ob=av2e
Ultimate chill out song.
Ships With Holes Will Sink - We Were Promised Jetpacks http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NOC9L-qDPqE
Super catchy, but I don't mind that it always gets stuck in my head.

Public Intervention Art
Trash Face:
For this public piece I was inspired by Lee Walton's "Making Changes" project. Like Walton I moved an object from one place to another in an attempt to draw attention to possibly unnoticed things.
Street Toaster:
This is my attempt at an Erwin Wurm "One Minute Sculpture". I found some objects on the street and tried to arrange them in an interesting way.
